Shipping and Returns

Joe's Cafe uses the United States Postal Service and ships on business days only. Please allow 5 – 7 days for your package to arrive.

RETURNS and REFUNDS:

Joe's Cafe will gladly exchange any non-sale item within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds. Items must have the original tags on the unwashed and non-used item(s). Please follow the steps provided below:

Step 1: E-Mail Customer Service if you are interested in returning merchandise and indicate the item(s) you are returning and the item(s) you would like instead. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange.

Step 2: We will then provide you with a Return Authorization number to write on the outside of the envelope or box you’re returning to us. Please ship to:

Remember:

  • Returned packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please note that this process may take several weeks for us to receive your return item and then mail you a different item.
  • Please note that there will be an additional shipping charge to mail the exchanged item(s). We will only refund your shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. There will be no additional shipping charge on our end for the exchanged item if this is the case.
  • When shipping product back to Joe's Cafe, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.
  • We cannot send out the exchanged item until we have received the original item you purchased.
