SHIPPINGJoe's Cafe uses the United States Postal Service and ships on business days only. Please allow 5 – 7 days for your package to arrive. RETURNS and REFUNDS:Joe's Cafe will gladly exchange any non-sale item within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds. Items must have the original tags on the unwashed and non-used item(s). Please follow the steps provided below: Step 1: E-Mail Customer Service if you are interested in returning merchandise and indicate the item(s) you are returning and the item(s) you would like instead. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange. Step 2: We will then provide you with a Return Authorization number to write on the outside of the envelope or box you’re returning to us.
